About Snorkel Equipment Company

Snorkel entered the construction/industrial market with the first Snorkel lift telescoping aerial work platform in 1977 and never looked back. Much of the advanced design technology and experience gained through the years of serving the fire fighting industry, including the use of aluminum telescoping booms, and a state-of-the-art hydraulic and electrical system were incorporated into this new product line. As a result, Snorkel lifts became innovative equipment providing a distinct advantage over other companies entering the self propelled work platform market at about the same time. Snorkel lift machines quickly became the industry leader in terms of quality, low maintenance cost, greatest dependability and overall performance.

The Snorkel Lift Evolution

Each year new Snorkel lift booms have been added to the product line giving the company the widest range of telescoping and articulating/telescoping booms for 37 feet to 126 feet ground to platform height models. The Snorkel range of self propelled telescopic boom lifts have fantastic working heights of up to 126 feet, ensuring the toughest of jobs can be achieved.

With working heights up to 85 feet and an up and over reach of up to 28 feet, the Snorkel articulating boom range provides maximum maneuverability even in the tightest spots. Snorkel lifts range of slab scissors provides users with the most compact, heavy duty scissor lifts that are reliable and easy to use at working heights up to 32 feet.

With a fantastic working envelope, a roll out deck extension and 4 wheel drive as standard, the Snorkel range of rough terrain scissor lifts provide users with a sturdy working height of up to 40 feet even in the roughest of terrains.

Snorkel Lifts - Vertical Mast Lift

Snorkel also carries a vertical model, which is a compact, self-propelled mast lift and perfect in small spaces. Narrow enough to be driven through a standard doorway, with a maximum working height of 12 feet, and a tight inside turning radius of only 6 inches, this machine is a worldwide classic.

Snorkel trailer mounted lift series boom lifts are extremely rugged, reliable and cost-competitive. With live hydraulic controls the machines are easy and low cost to maintain, while simple to operate.
